Pursuant to Governor Baker’s March 12, 2020 Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open of the Open Meeting Law, G.L. c. 30A, §18, and the Governor’s March 15, 2020 Order imposing strict limitations on the number of people that may gather in one place, this public meeting of the Town of Bolton Board of Selectmen is being conducted via remote participation. No in-person attendance of members of the public will be permitted, but the public can access this meeting while in progress by Zoom Video Communications, Inc. (Zoom). Members of the public attending this meeting virtually will be allowed to make comments if they wish to do so, during the portion of the hearing designated for public comment, by telephone, cell phone or personal computer using Zoom.

7:00pm Continued Notice of Intent – Farm Road, Map and Parcel 3.C Lots 72 - proposed “The Woods at Farm Road” the construction of two (2) single-family dwellings, private well, septic system and associated infrastructure subject to a Comprehensive Permit under the M.G.L. Chapter 40B along with the removal of the existing farm structures on the site
7:30pm Continued Notice of Intent – Century Mill Road, Map 3.D Parcel 75 – proposed construction of three single family homes and widen and pave an existing gravel driveway
7:45pm Abbreviated Notice of Resource Area Delineation – 460 Main Street, Map 4.D Parcel 28
8:15pm Notice of Intent – Still River Road, Map and Parcel 8.B Lots 32 & 33 (formerly 8.B-32). proposed “Still River Commons” the construction of four (4) single-family dwellings, access driveway, and supporting infrastructure subject to a Comprehensive Permit under the M.G.L. Chapter 40B.
