Guided Trail Walk

Please Join the

Bolton Conservation Department

for a guided walk at the Fyfeshire Dam Conservation Area

When: Wednesday, December 21st 2022, 12:00pm

Meeting Location: Fyfeshire Dam Trail Head off of Wattaquadock Hill Road

Parking: Please park within the gravel area located at the trail head and be sure not to obstruct traffic

Be Prepared: Dress for the weather, wear sturdy shoes, consider bringing a walking stick, bring water and/or snacks. Please note if you choose to bring your four legged companion they MUST be on leash for the entirety of this event and you MUST pick up after them. 

The Fyfeshire Conservation Area contains noteworthy features such as a history of housing a button factory, wetlands, vernal pool, and interesting forest vegetation. The existing topography helps surrounding lands retain resiliency from climate change. Please be prepared for a steep incline on a section of the route.
