Pursuant to Governor Baker’s March 12, 2020 Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law, G.L. c. 30A, §18, this public meeting of the Town of Bolton Law Committee is being conducted via remote participation. No in-person attendance of members of the public will be permitted, but the public can access this meeting while in progress by Zoom Video Communications, Inc. (Zoom).

Once the Committee votes to move into executive session, participants will be placed into a waiting room until the Committee returns to open session.

6:30 pm     Executive Session, pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30A, Section 21(a), Purpose 3, to discuss strategy with respect to litigation, and to review and consider for approval and authorization a potential settlement in Town of Bolton Conservation Commission v. Walter Eriksen, Clinton District Court, Case Nos. 1968CI00003 - 1968CI000026, if the Chair finds that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigation position of the Town. The Board will return to open session for the purpose of adjournment only.
