Public Hearing- Planning Board

The Planning Board will hold a public hearing pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 41, Section 81Q, on Wednesday, April 14, 2021 at 8:00 p.m. via Zoom Video Communications, Inc. (Zoom) to amend the Town of Bolton Subdivision Rules and Regulations and the Town of Bolton Design Review Board Rules & Regulations. This public hearing will be conducted via remote participation pursuant to Governor Baker’s March 12, 2020 Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law, G.L. c. 30A, §18.
