Remote Public Meeting

 

         Pursuant to Governor Baker’s March 12, 2020 Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law, G.L. c. 30A, §18, the Governor’s March 15, 2020 and the Governor’s June 15, 2021 Act relative to extending certain COVID-19 measures adopted during the state of emergency, this public meeting of the Town of Bolton Planning Board is being conducted via remote participation. No in-person attendance of members of the public will be permitted, but the public can access this meeting while in progress using Zoom Video Communications, Inc. (Zoom). Members of the public attending this meeting virtually will be allowed to make comments if they wish to do so, during the portion of the hearing designated for public comment, by telephone, cell phone or personal computer using Zoom.

  1. 580 Main Street (Map 4.C Parcel 24.0) Special Permit Amendment   - Zoning Bylaw Sections 250-7 and 250-23,  (contd. from September 13, 2023) The applicant seeks to amend the existing Special Permit for authorized for business office use and located in the Limited Business Zoning District.  The applicant seeks to demolish 80,000 SF of the structure, leaving 60,000 SF to remain and reconstruct associated parking lot to include a reduction from 414 to 129 parking spaces.  Application materials & plans are available at: https://www.townofbolton.com/planning-board/pages/current-projects
