What you need to know...
Planning Board seeks to add Bed and Breakfasts as a permitted use to Bolton's Zoning Bylaw (refer to Article 10 of the Town Meeting Warrant). The Board also seeks to update Bolton's Inclusionary Housing Bylaw to impose municipal charges liens on real property for fees-in-lieu of affordable units unpaid by developers (refer to Articles 11 and 12 of the Town Meeting Warrant).
