Zoom Remote Access Meeting

Pursuant to Governor Baker’s March 12, 2020 Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law, G.L. c. 30A, §18, and the Governor’s March 15, 2020 Order imposing strict limitations on the number of people that may gather in one place, this public meeting of the Town of Bolton Board of Selectmen is being conducted via remote participation. No in-person attendance will be permitted.

  • Consideration and Acceptance of  the gift of a hand forged gate for the West Cemetery from Jennifer Petrila and Robert & Alice Roemmer.
  • Appointment of Tom Guyer as the Veteran’s Grave Officer.

  • Request from Bolton Access Television for the release of $26,148.21 from the PEG Cable Account for operations. (Nicki McGachey)

  • Review and provide feedback to Town Planner regarding current projects (Erica Uriarte, Brian Boyle, Mark O’Hagan):
    • Review and Provide Comment on Waiver List for The Woods at Farm Road.
    • Execute Department of Housing and Community Development (HDCD) for the affordable units at Keyes Farm.
    • Execute IMA for Regional Housing Consultant (Metro West Community Development)
    • Review of Housing Production Plan.
  • Discussion and possible vote to reduce Economic Development Committee from 9 members to 7.
