1.	7:00 pm – 7:10pm	Request for permission to hold the Bare Hill Triathlon on Sunday, June 28^th, 2020 (Sue Reedich/Deb Pierce)
2.	7:10 pm – 7:25pm	School Committee Update (Mary McCarthy) FY21 Budget Third School Committee Seat MSBA Process
3.	7:25 pm – 7:35 pm	Request from Parks and Recreation to place a sign at Persons Park. (Ed Sterling)
4.	7:35 pm – 7:45	Discussion and possible vote to reduce speed limit from 30mph to 25 mph on Main Street. (Joseph Lynch)
5.	7:45 pm – 7:55	Town Administrator Report Minuteman Update MVP Grant Update Truck Exclusion Update Sexual Harassment Training Update Integrated Health Products Update
6.	7:55 pm – 8:15 pm	Board of Selectmen Business Public Service Announcement(s) Call Caucus for March 2, 2020 at 7:30 pm at the Bolton Public Library and execute notice. Execute the warrant for the Presidential Primary on March 3^rd, 2020 Acceptance of Gifts since October 16^th through December 30^th, 2020. Review first draft of the 2019 Board of Selectmen’s Annual Report. Review first draft of the ATM Warrant. Approve Bills/Payroll warrants: W20-16 & W20-16A Minutes
7.	8:15 pm	Executive session in accordance with M.G.L. c. 30A, Section 21 (a), Purpose 6, to consider the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property, 5 Spectacle Hill Road, if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the Board and the chair so declares and Purpose 7, to comply with or act under the authority of the Public Records Law (M.G.L. c. 66) and the holding in Suffolk Construction Co., Inc. v. Division of Capital Asset Management, to review a confidential attorney-client communication.
8.	Immediately following	Executive session pursuant to MGL c. 30A, §21(a)3 to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining or litigation if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the Board of Selectmen and the chair so declares. The Board will not reconvene to open session.
