Zoom Remote Access Meeting

Pursuant to Governor Baker’s March 12, 2020 Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law, G.L. c. 30A, §18, this public meeting of the Town of Bolton Select Board is being conducted via remote participation. No in-person attendance of members of the public will be permitted, but the public can access this meeting while in progress by Zoom Video Communications, Inc. (Zoom).

Guidelines for Participants

  • Utilize raise hand function to address the Board. (Alt-Y)
  • Remain on mute until you have been addressed by the Board Chair.
  • Participants are required to state or display first and last name prior to addressing the Board.

Vote to approve the Amendment to Conservation Restriction from David C. Calcagni and Elizabeth Mort Calcagni to the Bolton Conservation Trust, Inc., and the Town of Bolton for the property located at 225 old Bay Road. (Rebecca Longvall)

Request for Support for Acceptance of a 13.99 acre parcel located at 2.D-15 (with frontage along Hudson road/Rte. 85) as part of  Massachusetts Land Tax Credit program land donation from Deborah Bonnazolli. (Rebecca Longvall)

Request from Bolton Access Television for the release of 2021 Q1 Comcast Funds in the amount of $24,527,21. (Nicki McGachey)

  • Vote to accept grant money allocated to the Town of Bolton from the Coronavirus Local Fiscal Recovery Fund under Selectmen’s business.
