Pursuant to Governor Baker’s March 12, 2020 Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law, G.L. c. 30A, §18, this public meeting of the Town of Bolton Select Board is being conducted via remote participation. No in-person attendance of members of the public will be permitted, but the public can access this meeting while in progress by Zoom Video Communications, Inc. (Zoom).

Guidelines for Participants

  • Utilize raise hand function to address the Board. (Alt-Y)
  • Remain on mute until you have been addressed by the Board Chair.
  • Participants are required to state or display first and last name prior to addressing the Board.

Request from Bolton Access Television for the release of funds in the amount of  $25,860.08 for operating expenses. (Nicky McGachey)

2.

7:05pm– 7:20pm

Presentation and discussion of preliminary proposed development plans at 711-713 Main Street. (Tim Hess)

7:20pm– 7:30pm

Consider Request from Parks and Recreation Commission for “No Parking” signs to be placed on the driveway to the Town Common.

  • Demolition of cottage at Persons Park
  • Call the caucus and execute notice. 
  • Initial review of warrant for ATM 5-2-22
  • Vote to approve $8,816.00 in ARPA expenditures
  • Appointment of James Barr to the Planning Board
  • Appointment of Paal Brandvold to the Conservation Commission.
  • Review and Approve the Select Board Annual Report for 2021.

  • Approve Bills/Payroll warrants: W22-16 & W22-16A

Executive session pursuant to MGL c. 30A, Section 21 (a) for purpose 3

  • to conduct strategy with respect to collective bargaining as the Chair finds that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the Board’s bargaining position with
    • Teamster’s Union, Local No. 170
    • The Bolton Police Union, Local 286, IUPA, AFL-CIO and
  • to approve executive session minutes.

Board will return to regular session.
