Zoom Remote Access Meeting

 

Pursuant to Governor Baker’s March 12, 2020 Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law, G.L. c. 30A, §18, this public meeting of the Town of Bolton Select Board is being conducted via remote participation. No in-person attendance of members of the public will be permitted, but the public can access this meeting while in progress by Zoom Video Communications, Inc. (Zoom).

Guidelines for Participants

  • Utilize raise hand function to address the Board. (Alt-Y)
  • Remain on mute until you have been addressed by the Board Chair.
  • Participants are required to state or display first and last name prior to addressing the Board.

Event Approval-Request from Bare Hill Triathlon/Duathlon Bike to for a race on Sunday June 26th, 2022. (Deborah Pierce)

Consider request from Conservation Commission to accept donation of 1.0-acre parcel of land (5.D-55) from Atlantic Union College.  (Rebecca Longvall)

Request from Danielle Bruyere of The Soulful Co. Barre & Dance Fitness  for 626 Main Street to place

  • 5.52 ft2 (81.5”w X 9.75”h) sign on building
  • 18.75 ft2 (112.5”wX24”h) sign on sign board
  • Sandwich Board sign discussion.

  • Vote to authorize the Town Administrator to grant the Town’s written consent to Mirick O’Connell, Town’s Counsel on the Alta Project (580 Main Street), to represent Wood Partners on a potential project in Marlborough
  • Update from the Animal Control Officer on 79 Lancaster Road
  • Receipt of 127 Nashaway Accessory Apartment Plan
  • Approve Bills/Payroll warrants: W22-13 & W22-13A and W22-14 & W22-14A

Executive session pursuant to MGL c. 30A, Section 21 (a) for purpose 3

  • to conduct strategy with respect to collective bargaining as the Chair finds that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the Board’s bargaining position, for the
    • Teamster’s Union, Local No. 170
    • The Bolton Police Union, Local 286, IUPA, AFL-CIO
  • To approve executive session minutes.
  • The Board will not return to open session.
