Pursuant to Governor Baker’s March 12, 2020 Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law, G.L. c. 30A, §18, this public meeting of the Town of Bolton Select Board is being conducted via remote participation. No in-person attendance of members of the public will be permitted, but the public can access this meeting while in progress by Zoom Video Communications, Inc. (Zoom). Guidelines for Participants *Utilize raise hand function to address the Board. (Alt-Y)* *Remain on mute until you have been addressed by the Board Chair.* *Participants are required to state or display first and last name prior to addressing the Board.*
1.	6:00pm-7:00pm	LAW COMMITTEE meeting for an executive Session pursuant to M.G.L. c. c. 30A, Sec. 21(a), Purpose 3, To discuss strategy with respect to litigation, Alan DiPietro v. Town of Bolton, U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, Docket. No. 4:23-CV-40004-ADB, if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the litigating position of the law committee and the chair so declares Minutes
2.	7:00pm-7:15pm	PUBLIC HEARING: The Select Board will hold a public hearing on the petition of National Grid to install three (3) jointly owned pole on Meadow Road beginning at a point approximately 400 feet northeast of the centerline of the intersection of Long Hill Road and continuing approximately 200 feet in a northeast direction. Installing three (3) new Poles #14, 15 and 16 along Meadow Road to service 3 new homes. (Javier Morales)
3.	7:15pm- 7:25pm	TREE REMOVAL-711-713 Main Street-Request for permission to remove trees.
4.	7:25pm- 7:35pm	SIGN-Request from Luis Berdecia to install a 49” X 38” sign on building, a 3’ X4’ window decal and a 26” barber pole by rear entrance at The Bolton Barber Shop located at 716 Main Street.
5.	7:35pm- 7:45pm	BOLTON ACCESS TV-Request from Nicki McGachey for release of $36,929.96 including $24,929.96 for operating expenses and $12,000 for Capital funds.
6.	7:45pm- 7:55pm	CABLE ADVISORY COMMITTEE- Request for approval of Ascertainment Report to be sent to Comcast for consideration in contract negotiations with the Town of Bolton. (Ken Troup)

9.	8:15pm- 8:25pm	Executive Session pursuant to MGL c. 30A, §21(a)3 to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining with The Police Union, Local 170 if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the Select Board and the chair so declares to approve Executive Session Minutes.
10.	8:25pm - 8:35pm	Police Union Contract Return to regular session to approve side letter of agreement between the Town of Bolton and the Police Union, Local 170.
