Zoom Remote Access Meeting

Pursuant to Governor Baker’s March 12, 2020 Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law, G.L. c. 30A, §18, this public meeting of the Town of Bolton Select Board is being conducted via remote participation. No in-person attendance of members of the public will be permitted, but the public can access this meeting while in progress by Zoom Video Communications, Inc. (Zoom).  

Guidelines for Participants 

  • Utilize raise hand function to address the Board. (Alt-Y) 
  • Remain on mute until you have been addressed by the Board Chair. 
  • Participants are required to state or display first and last name prior to addressing the Board.

Select Board and Law Committee meeting for an executive Session pursuant to M.G.L. c. c. 30A, Sec. 21(a), Purpose 3,

  • to discuss strategy with respect to litigation, Alan DiPietro v. Town of Bolton, U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, Docket. No. 4:23-CV-40004-ADB, if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the litigating position of the [Board/Committee] and the chair so declares.

Event Request- Request from Hometown Heroes for a motorcade to honor veterans on Saturday November 11th  beginning at 10:45 am at 356 Main Street and travelling to 14 Wattaquadock Hill Road. (Leslie Caisse and Karen Regan)

Review Seagrave Marauder Breakdown and consider request to increase appropriation of ARPA funds from $39,644 to $57,601.50 for the purchase of the fire truck.  (Chief Legendre)

Consider Animal Control Officer recommendation to modify 752B Main Street decision to accept kennel as built.

Review and Discussion of revised (previously presented to Board on 8/19/21) conceptual development plans for 500 Main Street. (Richard Gordon/Baystate Engineering).

Request  from Avalon Consulting Group on behalf of The International Beverage Service Company LLC for the change of manager to Winthrop Stevens Alden Jr. for the existing annual all-alcoholic beverages club license at 159 Ballville Road.
