Zoom Remote Access Meeting

Pursuant to Governor Baker’s March 12, 2020 Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law, G.L. c. 30A, §18, this public meeting of the Town of Bolton Select Board is being conducted via remote participation. No in-person attendance of members of the public will be permitted, but the public can access this meeting while in progress by Zoom Video Communications, Inc. (Zoom).  

Guidelines for Participants 

  • Utilize raise hand function to address the Board. (Alt-Y) 
  • Remain on mute until you have been addressed by the Board Chair. 
  • Participants are required to state or display first and last name prior to addressing the Board.

Vote on end-of-year transfers.

Review memo from DPW Director Randall Heglin regarding No Parking Zones on Main Street dated June 14, 2023.

Discussion with Bolton’s Nashoba Regional School District Bonding Subcommittee Representative (Kristen Noel)

Request from Bolton Access Television for the release of 2023 Capital Payment in the amount of $12K. (Nicki McGachey)

Request from Conservation Commission to continue negotiations regarding the holding in fee of the 18.11 acres of Open Space offered by the project applicant for S. Bolton Road FOSPRD MPA 2.C Parcel 23 to be held by the Town under the management of its Conservation Commission by right of MGL Ch 40 Section 8.C and Article 97. (Rebecca Bucciaglia)
