Zoom Remote Access Meeting
Pursuant to Governor Baker’s March 12, 2020 Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law, G.L. c. 30A, §18, this public meeting of the Town of Bolton Select Board is being conducted via remote participation. No in-person attendance of members of the public will be permitted, but the public can access this meeting while in progress by Zoom Video Communications, Inc. (Zoom). Guidelines for Participants

1. | 7:00pm- 7:15pm | Public hearing on the petition of National Grid to install one (1) solely owned pole on Meadow Road beginning at a point approximately 0’ feet at the centerline of the intersection of East Main St and Meadow Road and continuing approximately 2140’ feet in a southwest direction. Install one (1) solely owned pole approximately 2140’ southwest of the intersection of East Main St. and Meadow Road. |
2. | 7:15pm- 7:20pm | Event Approval Request from Cultivate Counseling to hold Farm Day, a ticketed special event on Saturday, May 13th from 10am-3pm. (Megan Moran) |
3. | 7:20pm- 7:25pm | Sign Approval Request from Boy Scouts of America Mayflower Council to place a temporary sign at 129 Hudson Road. (Christine Thorp) |
4. | 7:25pm- 7:350pm | Update on NRSD building project. (Amy Cohen and Kirk Downing) |
5. | 7:35pm- 7:45pm | Request from Bolton Trails Committee for approval of trail segment across town land adjoining existing trails and providing connectivity along larger south-west segment across town. (Andrew Schaubhut) |
6. | 7:45pm- 7:55pm | Town Administrator Report Presentation of Capital Plan and approval of AARPA funds |
