Zoom Remote Access Meeting

Pursuant to Governor Baker’s March 12, 2020 Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law, G.L. c. 30A, §18, this public meeting of the Town of Bolton Select Board is being conducted via remote participation. No in-person attendance of members of the public will be permitted, but the public can access this meeting while in progress by Zoom Video Communications, Inc. (Zoom). 

Guidelines for Participants

  • Utilize raise hand function to address the Board. (Alt-Y)
  • Remain on mute until you have been addressed by the Board Chair.
  • Participants are required to state or display first and last name prior to addressing the Board.

Discussion of the FY23 Budget with Representative Kate Hogan.

Consider request of Nashoba Area Social Justice Alliance

  • to accept official proclamation on LGBTQIA
  • to make the month of June, 2022 Pride Month, and
  • to fly the Pride flag at the Town Common flag pole.(Sarah Kaschak)

Update from Town Moderator on plans for Annual Town Meeting on Monday May 2, 2022. (Doug Storey)

7:35pm – 7:40 pm

Consider request from Bolton Youth Baseball to hold parade on Saturday April 30th at 11:45am. (Vince LaRosa)

7:40pm – 7:50 pm

Request from Nashoba Valley Winery to construct a sub terrain building and waste water treatment facility on APR land.(Rich Pelletier)

7:50pm – 8:00 pm

Presentation from MassDEP on private well sampling program for PFAS.

8:00 pm – 8:10 pm

Update from Building Inspector and request for approval of changes to building, wiring, plumbing and gas fee schedules.

Request from Public Ways Safety Committee to place 10 “Horse Crossing” signs at 5 locations in Town:

  • 292 Berlin Road
  • 53 Green Road
  • 542 Sugar Road
