NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

In accordance with the bylaws of the Town of Bolton, the Bolton Historical Commission will conduct a Public Hearing on Monday November 28 2022 at 7 pm, via Zoom remote participation, on the petition by Stephen Daly for permission to demolish the historically significant main house and attached barn located at 22 West Berlin Road, Bolton MA, prerequisite to possible redevelopment of the site. A copy of the petition (Demolition Permit XP-22-7) is on file at Town Hall, 663 Main St., Bolton, MA. Any person interested or wishing to be heard on the proposed petition should appear at the time and place designated.
