Ken Troup, Secretary served as a Bolton selectman for many years. He is currently the town’s representative to the Montachusett Regional Transportation Authority and has been on the Cadet EMT Advisory Board since that program was founded more than 30 years ago. He co-authored the 1980 Open Space Plan, and worked on the 2006 Master Plan. He played a key role in the town’s approval of the Nashoba Valley Winery and its agricultural preservation restriction, helped with the Town Common project, and led the effort to purchase Camp Virginia.
