Executive Session, pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30A, Section 21(a), Purpose 3, to discuss strategy with respect to litigation, and to review and consider for approval and authorization a potential settlement in Town of Bolton Conservation Commission v. Walter Eriksen, Clinton District Court, Case Nos. 1968CI00003 - 1968CI000026, if the Chair finds that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigation position of the Town.
The Board will return to open session for the purpose of adjournment only.
