Online Permits General instructions

We are very excited to announce that the Town of Bolton will be launching NEW Permitting software very soon. The Town has teamed up with ViewPoint Government Solutions to modernize and improve our permitting and inspections processes.

ViewPoint Cloud  will replace our current GeoTMS system in early December.

Residents and their contractors will now be able to apply for ALL permits any here and anytime. Additionally, a convenient kiosk will be located at Town Hall and available during business hours. Our Permitting Assistant will be available to walk you through the process of entering permit applications until you become comfortable with the new system.
