Visit area attractions with passes from the Bolton Public Library

The Library is pleased to announce that the Museum Pass Program, which offers free or reduced-cost admission to local attractions, is slowly returning as venues open again.  You may reserve and borrow a pass using your valid C/W MARS library card.

  • Massachusetts Parks Pass: The Massachusetts State Parks have locations in all regions of the Commonwealth, from Pittsfield to Boston, and from Gloucester to Provincetown. They include beaches, wooded parks, parkways, and reservoirs, each with its own unique activities and amenities like hiking, biking, swimming and boating, camping, and more. Sponsored by the MA Department of Recreation and Conservation.
  • Animal Adventures: located right here in Bolton, Animal Adventures is a an exotic animal rescue center. Animals are the basis of educational programs and a family-run zoo. Live animal shows take place daily, and private tours of different types of animals may be booked. Pass is sponsored by the Friends of the Bolton Public Library.
  • Tower Hill: Located in Boylston, MA, and open year-round, the Tower Hill Botanic Garden features carefully planned gardens and collections of ornamental, edible and native plants, with a number of trails that traverse the 132-acre property.  The Garden is run by the Worcester County Horticultural Society.  Please note that borrowers of this pass MUST book an arrival time on Tower Hill's website (we will give you directions when you pick up the pass)!  Sponsored by the Friends of the Bolton Public Library.
