Housing in Bolton

The Master Plan Steering Committee, in coordination with Bolton Access TV, developed a video about the current housing status in Bolton.
As many residents already know, the price of single-family homes is increasing and people are struggling to pay rent. Escalating market prices have generated concerns that many long-term residents might be experiencing difficulties paying their taxes and maintaining their homes. Our region is planning for a demographic shift in which seniors occupy a larger slice of the population. Diverse affordable housing is necessary to meet the needs of our current and future residents.
