The Board of Selectmen met at the Nashoba Regional High School Auditorium at 6:30 p.m.
MOEN PROPERTY
Present: Mr. Baker of Baker Development, LLC
On a motion made by Heaton and seconded by Wysocki the Board of Selectmen voted to accept the bid of $262,000 from Baker Development, of Shrewsbury for the Moen property.
FUTURE ELECTRONICS
On a motion made by Heaton and seconded by Wysocki the Board of Selectmen voted to lower the amount requested in article 5: Fiscal Year 2006 funds to evaluate the purchase of Future Electronics from $25,600 to $20,000.
The Annual Town Meeting was at 7:00 p.m.
