Chairman Mr. Troup called the Board of Selectmen’s meeting to order at 9:30 a.m.

CAPITAL PLANNING COMMITTEE
The Board of Selectmen interviewed Kerry Hoffman who expressed interest in serving on the Capital Planning Committee.   Ms. Hoffman has been involved in many aspects of the town including serving on the Bolton Cultural Council for six years and various youth programs in town.  She would like to broaden her involvement and overall commitment to the town.  She prefers to gather all the information necessary to make an informed decision and tries to remain completely objective until that time.

OMNIPOINT COMMUNICATIONS, INC.
On a motion made by Plante and seconded by Gerken, the Board of Selectmen voted to sign the decision for the site plan and special permit for Omnipoint Communications, Inc. to install, operate and maintain a wireless communications facility on and next to the existing 150 foot tall monopole at 41 Main Street.  (Troup – yes, Gerken – yes, Plante – yes)

WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT OPTIONS FOR ACCESS
A site walk of the Wastewater Treatment Plant took place at 8:00 a.m. this morning with Wastewater Treatment Plant Committee members, School administration and various board and committee members.  The Conservation Commission did not favor the brook crossing at the school and would rather see another access alternative.  The Board of Selectmen discussed options related to access to the Wastewater Treatment Plant.    Mr. Plante questioned whether the treatment plant building had to be located adjacent to the field or if it could be closer to the two schools.   Another site walk has been scheduled for Saturday, December 2 at 8:00 a.m.

VIRGINIA MURPHY PROPERTY
The Board of Selectmen will visit the Virginia Murphy property on Main Street that is for sale to determine if there is any potential for purchasing the property for municipal purposes.
