execute a Conservation Restriction pursuant to Mass Gen. Laws c. 184, sec. 31, 32 & 33 for Apple Valley Homes on the rear of 165 and 170 West Berlin Road; and to approve a Conservation Restriction for the same as a local deed restriction

Request from Harvard Firefighters to hold their 1st Memorial Bike Ride which enters Bolton on Warner and Harvard Road and then back into Harvard (Chief Alfano has approved this route)
