2.	7:10 pm- 7:20 pm	Request for release of $26,674.85 to Bolton Access Television.
3.	7:20 pm – 7:30	Town Administrator Report Update on MassWorks Project. MIAA Grant Award in the amount of $8,638 for Work Zone Safety Trailer & Cones. Announcement of Coffee with Town Administrator on December 13th at 8:30 at the Bolton Bean.
4.	7:30 pm-7:35 pm	Board of Selectmen Business Public Service Announcement(s) Set Meeting Dates for 2020. Sign Local Initiative Program Application for affordable units at Keyes Farm. Vote and Execute Agreement Between the Town of Bolton and AFSCME Council 93, AFL-CIO. Vote and Execute Liquor License, Common Victualer License and Class II License renewals for 2020. Approve Bills/Payroll warrants: W20-12 & W20-12A Minutes
5.	7:35 pm – 7:50 pm	Executive session pursuant to MGL c. 30A, §21(a)3 to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining or litigation (grievance filed by AFSCME, Council #93, DPW Unit), if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the Board of Selectmen and the chair so declares. The Board will not reconvene to open session.
