Zoom Remote Access Meeting

Pursuant to Governor Baker’s March 12, 2020 Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law, G.L. c. 30A, §18, and the Governor’s March 15, 2020 Order imposing strict limitations on the number of people that may gather in one place, this public meeting of the Town of Bolton Board of Selectmen is being conducted via remote participation. No in-person attendance will be permitted.
1.	7:00 pm-7:05 pm	Consider request for yard signs for Bolton & Harvard Open Studios to be held on Saturday 26^th (rain date: 27^th) to be placed two weeks prior to the event. (Ann Gillespie)
2.	7:05 pm-7:15 pm	Appointment of Nicholas Girard to the Bolton Police Department as a full-time Officer. (Chief Nelson)
3.	7:15 pm-7:35 pm	Discussion of Host Community Agreement (HCA) at 58 Main Street for Lovecraft of Massachusetts, Inc. (Nick Catt)
4.	7:35pm-7:45 pm	Town Administrator Report Update the Board on the REMAP application COVID-19 Update Update on tax collections FY20/FY21 MassWorks Update
5.	7:45 pm – 7:55 pm	Update from the Human Resources Director. (Kristen Noel)
6.	7:55 pm- 8:05 pm	Board of Selectmen Business Public Service Announcement(s) Receive public comments on Community Choice Aggregation (CCA) Plan and vote to approve CCA Plan. Establish Meeting dates through the end of the calendar year. Authorize Town Administrator to sign purchase and sale agreement for Taggart Property. Authorize the certification of intention for Taggart Property Acquisition. Approve Bills/Payroll warrants: W21-5 & W21-5A Minutes
7.	8:05 pm	Executive Session pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30A, sec. 21(a)(2) to conduct strategy sessions in preparation for negotiations with non-union personnel (DPW Director) or to conduct collective bargaining sessions or contract negotiations with non-union personnel (DPW Director).
8.	Immediately Following	Executive Session pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30A, sec. 21(a)(1) – To discuss the discipline or dismissal of, or complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual. -Minutes Approve executive session minutes of February 27^th, March 26^th,June 11^th and August 6^th, 2020. Release the minutes of February 27^thand March 26^th, 2020. -Return to open Session.
9.	Immediately Following	Adjourn.
