Zoom Remote Access Meeting

Pursuant to Governor Baker’s March 12, 2020 Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law, G.L. c. 30A, §18, and the Governor’s March 15, 2020 Order imposing strict limitations on the number of people that may gather in one place, this public meeting of the Town of Bolton Board of Selectmen is being conducted via remote participation. No in-person attendance will be permitted.

  • Convene in Open Session.

  • Executive Session pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30A, sec. 21(a)(2) to conduct strategy sessions in preparation for negotiations with non-union personnel  or contract negotiations with non-union personnel (DPW Director Joseph Lynch).

2.

Immediately following.

  • Executive Session pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30A, sec. 21(a)(1) – To discuss the discipline or dismissal of, or complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual.
  • Return to Open Session.

3.

Immediately following.

  • Adjourn.
