1.	7:00 pm – 7:10pm	Appointment of Jonathan Paiva as Patrolmen to the Bolton Police Department (Chief Nelson)
2.	7:10 pm – 7:15pm	Appointments Appointment of Angie Toffelson to Agricultural Commission Appointment of Don Lowe, Scott Powell, Rebecca Longvall, Brooke Clenchy, Joe Lynch, Warren Nelson, Ali Webb to the Mosquito Response Committee Appointment of Sharon Shepela and Lynn Dischler to the Community Choice Aggregation Subcommittee Appointment of Alan Santos and Omid Gharony to the Economic Development Committee. Request from EDC to reduce Committee from 11 members to 9 members.
3.	7:15 pm – 7:25 pm	Town Administrator Report Update on MassWorks Project. Tri-Town Meeting Review Discussion of Possible Third School Committee Representative
4.	7:25 pm – 7:35	Board of Selectmen Business Public Service Announcement(s) Approve Bills/Payroll warrants: W20-13 & W20-13A, W20-14 & W20-14A Approval of a review process for Board Minutes Minutes
5.	7:35 pm – 7:40 pm	Executive session pursuant to MGL c. 30A, §21(a)3 to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining with Teamsters Union, Local No. 170 if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the Board of Selectmen and the chair so declares. The Board will return to open session.
6.	7:40 pm	Review and Execute the Memorandum of Understanding with the Teamsters Local 170, Bolton On-Call Fire Union.
