1.	7:00 pm – 7:10pm	Request from George Robertson to repair and reface the clock tower at First Parish Church as an Eagle Scout Project. (George Robertson/Jeff Nichols)
2.	7:10 pm – 7:15pm	Appointments Appointment of Rob Frieswick as an alternate to the Mosquito Response Committee. Appointment of Emily Winner to the Agricultural Commission. Designation of Susan Latham and Phyllis Tower as animal control officers to perform the duties described in M.G.L. Chapter 140, Section 151 for the year 2020.
3.	7:15 pm – 7:25 pm	Town Administrator Report Update on Mass Works Project. Update on Minuteman Budget for FY21. Update on Possible Third School Committee Representative Discussion on Town Hall Hours.
4.	7:25 pm – 7:45	Board of Selectmen Business Public Service Announcement(s) Proposal to pursue ALS (Chief Legendre) Appoint Town Administrator to act as liaison to school district and school committee. Minuteman Budget Update. Approve Bills/Payroll warrants: W20-15 & W20-15A Minutes
5.	7:45 pm – 7:50 pm	Executive session pursuant to MGL c. 30A, §21(a)3 to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining with Teamster’s Union, Local No. 170 if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the Board of Selectmen and the chair so declares. The Board will return to open session.
6.	7:50 pm	Execute the contract (FY19 – FY 22) with Teamster’s Union, Local No. 170.
