The Woods at Farm Road - Peer Review
At the direction of the Zoning Board of Appeals, Horsley Witten Group, Inc. (https://horsleywitten.com) is conducting a peer review of The Woods at Farm Road project. In accordance with the Town of Bolton, Massachusetts Zoning Board of Appeals Rules & Regulations, Section 6.6, the Board may engage engineers, planners, lawyers, urban designers or other appropriate professionals who can assist the Board in analyzing a project to ensure compliance with all relevant laws, ordinances/bylaws, good design principals, and regulations (also known as a "peer review").
