       Legal Notice of Public Hearing

In accordance with Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Section 11, notice is hereby given that the Bolton Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday,  October 18, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. via Zoom Video Communications, Inc. (Zoom) to hear and act upon the application of Thomas Broomfield. The applicant seeks a Spcial Permit to expand or alter pre-existing nonconforming uses and structures at 113 Still River Road in Bolton’s Residential Zoning District identified on Assessor’s Map 6.A as Parcel 5, containing +/- 1.1 acres. The applicant seeks to convert a portion of existing office space into an additional apartment without expanding the existing footprint of the structure, pursuant to Section 250-3.C, Section 250-11, and Section 250-12 of the Code of the Town of Bolton. This public hearing will be conducted via remote participation pursuant to Governor Baker’s March 12, 2020 Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law, G.L. c. 30A, §18.
