Remote Public Meeting

Pursuant to Governor Baker’s March 12, 2020 Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law, G.L. c. 30A, §18, and the Governor’s March 15, 2020 Order, this public meeting of the Town of Bolton Zoning Board of Appeals will be conducted via remote participation. No in-person attendance of members of the public will be permitted, but the public can access this meeting while in progress using Zoom Video Communications, Inc. (Zoom). Members of the public attending this meeting virtually will be allowed to make comments if they wish to do so, during the portion of the hearing designated for public comment, by telephone, cell phone or personal computer using Zoom.

AGENDA

1.  7:00 PM:  Public Hearing - 113 Still River Road – Thomas Broomfield – Expansion or Change of a Non-conforming use or structure.  The applicant has applied to the Board of Appeals under Section 250-3.C, Section 250-11, and Section 250-12 of the Bylaw to convert a portion of existing office space to a residential use, proposing an increase from two (2) to three (3)  dwelling units with no alteration of the exterior footprint.
