Board of Assessors Meeting, November 14, 2023, 2:00 PM.  Town Hall, 663 Main St., Bolton MA.

Present:  Jeff Nichols, Wendy Rogers, Charlotte Johnson-Zembko, Kelly Garlock & Alex Cervone.

Jeff called Meeting to Order @ 1:57 pm.  All in favor.

Approved Minutes of meeting held on October 24, 2022, as written.  Jeff made motion to accept minutes. All in favor.

Jeff made motion to sign Chapter Land Tax Lien.  All in favor.

Discussed/Reviewed Budget.  Jeff made motion to approve budget. 2nd by Wendy.

Update on Values from Regional Associate Assessor. LA5&7 for Tax Classification.  Jeff made motion to accept tax allocation recommendations.  2nd by Wendy.

Executive Session called to order @ 2:48 pm. All in favor.

 Executive Sessions are conducted under the provision of MGL 59 Section 60.

Exemptions

Jeff made Motion to adjourn executive session @ 3:24 pm. All in favor.

Jeff made motion to adjourn Regular meeting @ 3:25 pm.  All in favor.

Assessor’s Meetings are conducted under the provisions of MGL 30A Section 20, paragraph f.
