Select Board

At Annual Town Meeting on May 3rd, 2021, the Town adopted Article 10 to change the name of the Board of Selectmen to the Select Board. 

The Select Board are the Chief Executive Officers of the Town. The Board is comprised of three members who are elected at large from the community. The Select Board is the policy making arm of our municipal government and generally oversees the operations of departments within Town.

Select Board Packet Deadline Policy
Packet materials for Thursday evening Select Board meetings are due by no later than 1pm on the Monday prior to the scheduled meeting date. Any materials submitted late will not be shared with the Select Board prior to the scheduled appintment and may result in the cancellation of the appointmet if the Board feels they have insufficient information on the topic. Monday holidays do not impact the deadline.
