City Hall Systems - Important Reminders

On July 1, 2021, we successfully converted to our new online payment processing partner, City Hall Systems.  Following are some reminders to help all residents transition to this new provider:

  1. Any auto-pay setup with our prior vendor (InvoiceCloud), will NOT be processed.  A new auto-pay must be set up with City Hall Systems.  Visit https://epay.cityhallsystems.com to setup your account or auto-pay.
  1. ACH (electronic checks) payments are free of charge for Fiscal Year 2022 (July 1 - June 30, 2022) ONLY per cart.  After June 30, 2022, ACH payments will be $.50 per cart. Credit/debit card payments are charged 2.95% ($1 minimum) of the amount charged.
