Zoom Remote Access Meeting

Pursuant to Governor Baker’s March 12, 2020 Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law, G.L. c. 30A, §18, this public meeting of the Town of Bolton Select Board is being conducted via remote participation. No in-person attendance of members of the public will be permitted, but the public can access this meeting while in progress by Zoom Video Communications, Inc. (Zoom). 

Guidelines for Participants

  • Utilize raise hand function to address the Board. (Alt-Y)
  • Remain on mute until you have been addressed by the Board Chair.
  • Participa-nts are required to state or display first and last name prior to addressing the Board.

  • Request for Approval of 9’X2’ sign for Main Street Dance Center located at 626 Main Street. (Monique Dorian and Robert DiBenedetto)
  • Request by Parks and Recreation Commission for identifying and/or safety signage at the Town Common
    • temporary signs (18”X24”, 18”X12”) to be placed at the Town Common skating rink and sliding hill
    • 18”X24” sign for Nature’s Play Area

  • to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining with The Teamster’s Union, Local 170 if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the Board of Selectmen and the chair so declares and
  • approve minutes

Board will return to open session for the purpose of adjournment only.
