Public Hearing Notice
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Select Board to hold a dog hearing on Thursday, January 27th, 2022 at 7:00 pm. The hearing will be held upon the request of Peter Novacs, 14 Kettle Hole Road that the dog named Schatzie (License #657) and owned by Miriam Meyer of 22 Kettle Hole Road, may be a nuisance or dangerous dog pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 140, Section 157 and the Code of the Town of Bolton, Chapter 110-Animals, Section 110-3 Prohibited Conduct.
The hearing will be conducted by Zoom pursuant to Governor Baker’s March 12, 2020, Executive Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law and Governor Baker’s June 16, 2021 An Act Extending Certain COVID-19 Measures Adopted During the State of Emergency.
