Pursuant to Governor Baker’s March 12, 2020 Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law, G.L. c. 30A, §18, this public meeting of the Town of Bolton Select Board is being conducted via remote participation. No in-person attendance of members of the public will be permitted, but the public can access this meeting while in progress by Zoom Video Communications, Inc. (Zoom). 

Guidelines for Participants

  • Utilize raise hand function to address the Board. (Alt-Y)
  • Remain on mute until you have been addressed by the Board Chair.
  • Participants are required to state or display first and last name prior to addressing the Board.

Board Reorganization.

Announcement of the promotion of Officer Brian Dufresne to Sergeant. (Chief Nelson)

7:15pm – 7:20 pm

Request from Cultivate Care Farms to host a Pride Day Event at the Farm from 10am – 2pm on Saturday, June 4th from 10am – 2pm. (Megan Moran)

4.

Request for approval of signage at the native pollinator garden at Pond Park.

  • One 8”X10” sign
  • Two 18”X24” signs-hand painted/drawn with the following information: native Pollinator Garden, species that will be planted, hand-painted flowers, and a QR code for more information about the importance of native plants.(Sarah Berube)

Request for approval from Ty-Rods of temporary show signs along roadways in Bolton for approximately one week prior to Old Timers’ Reunion event on September 11, 2022. (Mike Lastella)

-Executive session pursuant to MGL c. 30A, §21(a)3 to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining with AFSCME Council 93 DPW union if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the Board of Selectmen and the chair so declares.
