Map 6.B, Parcel 3, Main Street & Forbush Mill Rd
Habitech Communities, Inc. has provided the following conceptual plans to the Planning Board for a mixed-use development including 47 age-restricted or age-targeted residential units and 5,000 sqft of commercial space. The proposal would require a zoning change to include this parcel within the Mixed Use Village Overlay District.
