What you need to know...
Planning Board seeks to update Bolton's Zoning Bylaw by adding Bed and Breakfasts as a permitted use to Bolton's schedule of uses (refer to Article 10 of the Town Meeting Warrant). The Board also seeks to update Bolton's Inclusionary Housing Bylaw to impose a municipal charges lien on real property for unpaid fees-in-lieu of affordable units associated with the permitting/construction of subdivisions and larger residential developments (refer to Articles 11 and 12 of the Town Meeting Warrant).
