Ongoing Emergency Repairs to culvert

Forbush Mill Road Closed to Through Traffic. Open to local residence and business from Main Street. Open to Soccer Fields, residences, and Transfer Station from RT 110, Lancaster.

Severe rainfall caused failure of a culvert, and washout of the roadway. Emergency repairs are ongoing, and progressing well. We aim to have the roadway reopend by Monday morning; If not then drivers should allow extra time in their morning commute.

DETOUR is in place. Southboud, from Main Street, west on RT 117, left on RT 110. Northbound, from Lancaster, left (stay on) Rt 110 to RT 117 (Main), right on Main.

The Transfer Station hours for Wednesday 4/18 and Friday 4/20 are UNCHANGED. Simply follow detour to access the Station.
