Bolton kicked off its annual “Clean-Up” starting on April 14th.

Weather permitting, all residents are asked to clean up litter along the road in front of their homes. For those choosing to take the collected trash to the transfer station, no sticker will be required if you let the transfer station attendants know you are helping to “Clean up Bolton.” Otherwise, the DPW will pick up collected trash bags left at the end of driveways on Monday, April 23rd. (Recyclables should be left in clear or white bags.)

For more information about Bolton’s Clean-Up and/or to volunteer to assist in special areas around town, contact Mary Boyd at 978-779-2740. Heavy duty yellow bags for special areas can be picked up at the Bolton Public Safety Building and the Transfer Station when open.
