    • In accordance with Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Section 11, notice is hereby given that the Bolton Planning Board will hold a  continuation of a public hearing on Wednesday, November 14, 2018, at 7:30 p.m. in the Board of Selectmen Room of the Town Hall, 663 Main Street, Bolton, MA to hear and act upon the application of 21 Century Mill, LLC, 291 Main Street, Suite 8, Northborough, MA 01532 for a Common Driveway Special Permit for a property located at 21 Century Mill Road, identified on Bolton’s Assessor’s Map 3.D as Parcel 32 (12.8 acres), located in Bolton’s Residential Zoning District. The proposed common driveway will provide access to four lots.

    • 7:35 p.m., Beverly Mentzer, 220 Main Street – ANR Plan
      • Beverly Mentzer seeks to subdivide 220 Main Street into two frontage lots (Lots 1A and 2).
    • 7:45 p.m., Fred Coon, Century Mill Estates – Partial Road Acceptance
      • Update from Fred Coon regarding partial road acceptance for Phases 2 and 4.
    • 7:55 p.m., Walter Eriksen – 147 Long Hill Road Common Driveway
      • Walter Eriksen to provide an update on construction schedule for completing common driveway.
    • 8:15 p.m., Still River Commons – Proposed 40B Project on Still River Road
      • Planning Board to finalize comments to the Zoning Board of Appeals regarding the Still River Commons 40B project. The Board of Appeals requested comments as part of their public hearing process to review the project’s Comprehensive Permit Application.
    • 8:30 p.m., Planning Board Discussion - Paving Extensions
      • Planning Board to discuss whether or not to allow extensions for paving beyond November 15th for subdivision projects currently under construction. Projects include Tadmor Subdivision and Keyes Farm.
    • 8:45 p.m., Review Potential Bylaw Amendments for ATM 2019
      • Planning Board to review potential articles for ATM 2019. Discussion will include a potential senior housing bylaw, stormwater bylaw, revisions to Bolton’s common driveway bylaw, revisions to commercial zoning district boundary lines to match parcel boundary lines, allowing more than one building on commercial properties, and rezoning of 716/718 Main Street and 711/713 Main Street from Residential to Limited Business District.
