7: 00pm          Public Hearing – Emergency Permit – (after the fact filing) Century Mill Road.  Department of Public Works Dam infrastructure impact to roadway.

7: 10pm          Request for Certificate of Compliance – 466 South Bolton Road – Single Family Home

7:15pm           Request for Certificate of Compliance – Broomfield Laboratories Still River road – back up drainage for Stormwater

7:20pm           Request for Extension of Order of Conditions – Lot 1 & 2 Harvard Road –   

                       Matthew Jackson – request to extend OOC for one year

7:30pm           Public Hearing – Notice of Intent – 703 Main Street – proposed septic system with main crossing great brook to                             rear upland portion of lot of home built prior to 1996, to replace existing cesspool adjacent to great brook
