The Bolton Board of Health will hold a public hearing on Friday, September 14, 2018 at 8:20 am to consider a request made by Ducharme & Dillis, 1092 Main Street, Bolton, MA  01740 for the following variances to allow the upgrade to the septic system at 725 Main Street, Bolton, MA:

Local Board Of Health Variances:

1.       Distances: Leaching Facility to A Well: 100'. (Provided-69' & 98')

2.       Distances: Leaching Facility to A Property Line: 15'. (Provided-12')

3.       Distances: Leaching Facility to A Wetlands: 100'. (Provided-16')

Local Well Regulation Variances:

1.       Location Requirements: Well to A Property Line: 50'. (Provided=10')

2.       Location Requirements: Well to A Public Way: 50'. (Provided-10')

3.       Location Requirements: Well to a Building Footprint: 10’. (Provided-8’)

 

The meeting will take place at the Town Hall (2nd floor) located at 663 Main Street, Bolton, MA 01740.
