Legal Notice of Public Hearing

In accordance with Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Section 15, notice is hereby given that the Bolton Zoning Board of Appeals is holding a continuation of public hearing on Tuesday, August 28, 2018, at 7:00 p.m. in the Board of Selectmen Room of the Town Hall, 663 Main Street, Bolton, MA to hear and act upon an appeal filed by Tiago Vieira, as a person aggrieved by the Building Inspector’s determination that the “storage of auto parts” is not a “customary home occupation” under section §250-21, accessory uses of the Bolton Zoning Code and section §250-11, “mixed uses”, does not allow the use of a commercial building in the residential district for property located at 423 Harvard Road, Bolton, MA and shown on Assessors Map 7.C Parcel 63.0. 

The appeal is available for review at the Town Clerk’s Office in the Town Hall, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday; 9a.m.—2:30p.m.; Tuesday, 9a.m. to 4p.m. and Tuesday evening, 6p.m. to 8p.m.

Any person interested or wishing to be heard on the proposed petition should appear at the time and place designated.
