      • The Design Review Board is holding a public meeting to review the design of a potential 40B project entitled “Still River Commons”. The Development consists of eight (8) units located on land identified on Bolton Assessor’s Map as Parcel 8.B-30. 
      • ***Please note, the Applicant intends to submit a Comprehensive Permit Application with the Bolton Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA).  The Design Review Board cannot issue any approvals for the development, but will act in an advisory role to the ZBA and will provide design feedback to the Applicant.
