3.	7:20 to 7:30 p.m.	Request from Jane Houde, Owner of Country Cupboard For approval to place temporary signs at the Country Cupboard, 476 Main Street for the “Grand Opening”. For approval to place a sign at the exit ramp of Route 495.

5.	7:35 to 7:45 p.m.	Board of Selectmen Business Public Service Announcement(s) Request from Ty-Rods to place signs at Route 495, Route 85, Route 110 for annual reunion being held at the Bolton Fairgrounds in Lancaster on September 10, 2018 Review and vote on right of first refusal for affordable housing unit at 76 Bolton Woods Way Review and vote on right of first refusal for affordable housing unit at 34 Sunset Ridge Lane Review and execute the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between the Town of Bolton and the Local 1703, AFSCME Council 93/Bolton DPW Approve Bills/Payroll Warrants: W18-23 and W18-23A Minutes
6.	7:45 p.m.	Executive session pursuant to MGL c. 30A, §21(a)3 to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining for the Police Union, as the Chair finds that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the Board’s bargaining position. The Board will not reconvene to open session.
