Public hearing on the petition of National Grid and Verizon New England, Inc. to 1 Jointly Owned Pole on Harvard Road beginning at a point approximately 3000 feet Northeast of the centerline of the intersection of Main Street and continuing approximately 0 feet in a Northeast direction.  National Grid to install 1, 35C2 stub pole and 1 anchor across the road from pole 29.

Request to place a clothing donation box at Houghton Building or other town location for one week as part of earning their Silver Award (Shandy Carpenter, Girl Scout Troop 30496)

7:15 to 7:20 p.m.

Request for approval of the Town-wide yard sale including at the Bolton Common on May 5th (rain date Mary 6th) from 9:00 to 3:00 p.m. (Janet Collier)

  • Recommendation from Economic Development Committee to appoint Scott Panneton and Sean Serell to the Economic Development Committee

  • Recommendation from Cultural Council to appoint Nicole Thomas, Aaron Goos, and Chris Sterling to the Cultural Council.
  • Recommendation from the Conservation Commission to appoint Jeffrey Bryan to the Volunteer Land Steward position
  • Request to accept gift of $2,000 from Bolton Local toward the creation of a Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) for Bolton
